The data we collect
- Contact and order data: name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order details and payment confirmation (we never receive your full card number; our payment provider handles it)
- Account data: username, password and security details, if you create an account
- Customer service data: the content of your messages to us
- Usage data: IP address, device and browser information and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies

Who receives your data
- Ningbo DayOne Technology Co. Ltd, our fulfilment partner in China, which receives your name, delivery address, phone number and order details to pack and ship your order, and nothing more, under our agreement with them
- Shopify, which hosts our store (see Shopify's privacy policy)
- Whop, our payment partner, together with the card networks and banks involved in your payment
- Delivery carriers, customer support, email and analytics providers acting on our instructions
- Advertising partners, only where you have accepted marketing cookies
- Public authorities, courts and advisers where the law requires it or to defend our rights
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
We are established in the United States and our fulfilment partner is in China. Transfers of your data to the United States and China are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, with supplementary measures where appropriate, or, for US providers certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, by that framework. Cookies
Essential cookies make the basket and checkout work. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with your consent in the cookie banner, which you can change or withdraw at any time via the cookie settings link on the site. Cookies set by Shopify are described at shopify.com/legal/cookies.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally up to 7 years). Customer service correspondence up to 3 years after the matter is closed. Marketing data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Account data until you delete your account. Usage data for the cookie lifetimes shown in the banner.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict processing
- data portability
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing

Complaints
Contact us first and we will try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.
Children
Our store is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. Parents or guardians can contact us to have such data erased.
