Despite our name, Eliza London has no shop in London and no British company behind it. The name reflects the style we love and the customers we serve. Eliza London is run online by Silvercrest Commerce LLC, a company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.

How we work

Orders are dispatched from our partner's warehouse in China directly to your door, which allows free delivery and fair prices. Delivery takes up to 13 working days. Each item is quality-checked before dispatch.

Shopping online should be straightforward: a clear price, honest delivery times, and your rights explained in plain English rather than hidden in small print.

Your rights, protected
